  • Clients are responsible for paying for services rendered up to the date of termination
  • Loyalty Bills may terminate services immediately for violations of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use of the platform

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of country.  Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiation and mediation
  • Failing which, exclusive jurisdiction will lie with the courts

11. Cancelation Policy

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing a written notice of 30 days. 12. Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund within 30 days of the service start date.
